Large CNC gantry milling machine   adopts fixed cross-beam type gantry frame structure with fixed lathe body. The work-table moves along X axis at lathe body, the headstock moves along Z axis on the saddle, and the saddle and headstock move along Y axis on the cross beam. Headstock components adopt double hydraulic cylinder balance mechanism to ensure the stability of headstock movement. Transmission case is a two-gear automatic transmission mechanism which can realize low speed, high torque and high-speed constant power and meet the requirements for both rough machining and finish machining.
